I had been smoking for over 40 years and tried to quit countless times. I recently was told I had COPD and realized it’s time to stop. I decided to try hypnosis and went to CSC Hypnosis, after seeing and reading about them on the web. I’m so glad I mad the decision to go. Mark Colangelo who was the hypnotist, was a great guy I felt very relaxed during the entire session. He had taken the time to answer any and all my questions and concerns. I felt very confident in his ability to hypnotize me. I haven’t picked up a cigarette since my first session. I know I ‘ll never smoke again, the need is totally gone!!!!
